Erika James

A holistic massage therapist with over a decade of experience offering personalised treatments for muscle tension, stress relief, and relaxation. Erika graduated with a level 4 holistic massage diploma from the Bristol College of Massage and Bodywork in 2012. She has also completed additional training including a Thai yoga diploma earned in India and a practitioner diploma in hot and cold stone massage.

Professionally practised in Bristol and New Zealand, enriched by roles at the 5* Spa at The Newt in Somerset. Skilled in various massage techniques and specialised treatments, working with renowned brands and receiving unique training in Hammams.
